Heliventures caters for all your commercial needs including; surveys, lifting, power line conductor work including pulling lines, repeater maintenance/inspections, gravelling/concreting, animal control, frost protection, filming & photography, fire fighting and fire lighting.
Heliventures can protect all varieties of crop from frost and are certified for night operations. Our helicopter with its Notar system, creates more down draught which enables better air circulation for prevention of freezing. We can also supply hand held radios allowing good communication between farmer and pilot.
Our pilots have a wealth of knowledge of the areas their bases cover. We are available for wedding photography to capture some magical shots amongst stunning landscape and can cater for other filming and photography requirements.
We have been involved in numerous gravelling and concreting projects, including the Sealey Tarns walking track at Mt. Cook.
Using specialised aerial fire lighting equipment, Heliventures can take the stress out of burn offs by creating a controlled, fast burning fire.
Heliventures are experienced in fire fighting and have specialised equipment to effectively extinguish fires. We use collapsible monsoon fire buckets with foam dispensing units, which can be adjusted to suit any fire fighting application. When collapsed these buckets fit in the back of the helicopter for fast response to fires. These buckets can be filled from creeks, rivers, portable dams and manually by fire crews.
Heliventures can fulfill all your aerial lifting needs. We operate with a remote hook long line system which minimises the need for personnel on the ground, making the process more efficient. We also have available a full range of other lifting equipment including nets.
Heliventures uses a specialised side hook system to work with a number of power companies assisting with the installation of new and replacement of conductor. This speeds up the project time for Linesmen.
